THE NWFP AND BALOCHISTAN DO NOT WANT THE PAKISTANI RULING ON THEIR PROVINCES AND THE AMERICAN ASSISTANCE TO THE PUNJABI GOVERNMENT AND ARMY IN ISLAMABAD SUBJECTED THE TRIBALS IN NWFP AND BALOCHISTAN TO EMBRACE THE HOSTILE STANCE AGAINST WASHINGTON.THE WHITE HOUSE CAN NOT ATTRACT THE ATTENTION OF THE PEOPLE OF THESE TWO PROVINCES BY PROVIDING THEM WITH THE TEMPORARY WELFARE ASSISTANCES AS THE INJUSTICE CONSTITUTION OF PAKISTAN WHICH BECAME THE LAW FOR THE BENEFIT OF ONLY PUNJABIS THAT DO NOT HAVE ANY GENERATING RESOURCES IN THIS COUNTRY AND ACCESS THE 57 PER CENT OF THE NATIONAL WEALTH WHILE THE OTHER THREE RESOURCES RICH PROVINCES SHARE THE REMAINING 33 PER CENT. AS LONG AS THE AMERICAN SUPPORT TO THE PUNJABI SETUP AND ARMY IN ISLAMABAD IS CONTINUING THIS HOSTILITY OF THE TRIBALS AGAINST U.S. IS INTACT.
